- Check for any paper or other objects blocking the printer.
- Open the access doors to the printer and check if any paper is stuck in the rollers.
- Remove the stuck paper gently without ripping it, so that you can reuse it.
- Clean inside the printer with a lint-free cloth, and make sure there are no loose pieces of paper.
- Clean or replace the rollers of the printer whenneeded.
