Follow these steps to create a team from a group chat in Teams:

1. Open your group chat in Teams.
2. Select More options (three dots) in the header.
3. Select Create team.
4. Follow the steps on the Create a team wizard to create your team.
5. Give your new team a name and select a privacy level.
6. Assign a team owner.
7. Invite members to your team.
