How do I create a new task list in SharePoint?

 - Open the SharePoint site t
 - Identify the URL of the list or library to which the task list will be attached t
 - Access the List Settings page for the list or library t
 - Under the Columns section, select Create View t
 - In the Create View page, select the Task View radio button t
 - Choose a name for your task list and a description (optional) t
 - Click the Create button
