To clear the memory on your printer:

1. Turn off the printer
   Turn off the printer, disconnect it from any power source and wait for a few minutes.
2. Clear Settings and Document Queue
   Use the printer’s menu to clear its settings, such as memory and stored documents.
3. Restart the Printer
   Reconnect the printer to its power source, then turn it back on.
