To change your Teams meeting options for external participants:

1. Go to Settings located in Teams ribbon.
2. Choose Meetings from the list.
3. Turn on the Allow external participants in meetings toggle.
4. Select Additional settings.
5. In the External access and Federated access sections, select the box for each feature you want to enable for your organization's meetings.
6. At the bottom, select Save.
