Run the cleaning tool in the printer’s settings menu.
Clean the print head with isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab.
Allow the alcohol to completely dry and test the print quality of a page.
Align the print head in the printer’s settings menu.
Print a test page to verify the alignment.
