To add an audio recording question to a Microsoft Forms form:

1. Go to the FORM SETTINGS tab.
2. Click the QUESTIONS tab.
3. Select New from the dropdown menu.
4. Select AUDIO RECORDER from the list of question types.
5. Enter a question prompt.
6. Set the maximum recording time (optional).
7. Click ADD.
