Troubleshoot the volume on your Smart TV
- Check the volume icon 
to make sure you haven’t accidentally muted the TV volume. - Check the volume settings on the TV itself or on the remote control 
to ensure that you haven’t inadvertently turned down the volume. - Check that you can hear audio if you are watching a media source 
such as a DVD or streaming service. - Check the speakers on the TV and the audio settings in the menu for the TV 
to ensure that they match the content you wish to watch. - Check the settings on the TV or the remote to make sure 
that any external soundbar or Bluetooth drivers connected to the TV are turned up.
