- Check that the microphone on your remote control is enabled and in the on-position.
 - Make sure that the remote and Smart TV device are within close physical range with no obstructions.
 - Try speaking in a normal tone of voice and speak clearly and directly toward the microphone.
 - If the microphone is still not responding to voice commands, disconnect the power cord from the Smart TV device, wait 10 seconds, and plug the cord in again.
 - If the issue is still not resolved, reboot the router or modem that the Smart TV device is connected to.
