To use the split-screen function on your Smart TV:

1. Navigate to the home screen on your Smart TV
2. Select the app you want to use in the first window
3. Tap and hold the app window, then drag it to one side of the screen
4. Select a different app for the second window
5. Drag and resize the windows to your liking
6. Tap on both windows to activate split-screen mode
