- Check to make sure the printer is powered on and connected to your computer.
 - Check to make sure there is enough paper in the tray.
 - Check to make sure that no other software is trying to print something to the same printer.
 - Check to see if any of the printer settings need to be adjusted.
 - Check to see if the PDF document needs to be reconverted to a different format.
 - Check to see if the print driver associated with the printer needs to be updated.
 - Check to make sure that the computer has all the updates related to the printer.
 - Try to reset and restart both the printer and the computer.
 - If the issue persists, call customer support for assistance.
