Why is my printer not responding when I try to change the default settings?
- Make sure you are using an appropriate power supply
 - Check the ink cartridge level by following the on-screen instructions
 - Check if the printer is connected to your network
 - Update the printer software by following the on-screen instructions
 - If your printer is connected with USB, make sure the connection is secure
