Here are some steps to help troubleshoot the printing issue: 
- Ensure that the printer is connected to the same network as the other devices
 - Stirctly follow the printer package instructions for easy setup and connection
 - Make sure the printer has the latest firmware updates
 - Check printer settings to make sure it's compatible with other devices
 - Check that all cables are plugged in correctly and properly seated
 - Reset the Wi-Fi connection or relog in to the printer wireless network
 - Restart the printer, modem and router
