- Check to make sure the printer is plugged into a power source

 - Confirm the printer is turned on

 - Check the USB cables, power cables, and toner cartridges for signs of wear and tear
 - Check the printer driver’s settings for any misconfiguration
 - Check the printer settings in the computer’s control panel
 - Check to see if the printer needs to be cleaned
 - Replace the toner cartridges or printheads if necessary
 - Run all suggested troubleshooting processes from the printer’s manual
 - Replace any worn-out parts with new ones
 - Uninstall and reinstall the printer’s software to make sure everything is updated
 - Reboot the computer and printer after making the necessary changes
