How do I troubleshoot printer power issues?

1. Check the power cable connection to the printer and wall outlet
2. Try a different end of the power cable
3. Verify that the power switch, located on the back or side of the printer, is on
4. If connected to an APS device, unplug and replug it back in
5. Check to make sure that the surge protector is functioning correctly
