Before attempting to clear a paper jam or obstruction, turn off the printer and unplug it.

1. Open the printer door.
2. Carefully remove any paper or foreign objects.
3. Check for any remaining obstructions.
4. Inspect and clean the paper tray and roller.
5. Replace the toner, paper trays, fuser, and other components as necessary.
6. Close the printer door.
7. Turn the printer back on and plug it in.
8. Test the printer by printing a document.
