- Checkthat both the printer and your computer are powered on and connected to the same network.
 - Make sure your computer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.
 - Restart both your computer and printer.
 - Check that the printer is connected to the wireless network, by printing a network report from the printer.
 - On your computer, access the router settings to ensure that your printer is listed as a connected device.
