Follow these steps to reset your Internet connection:

1. Unplug the power adapter from your modem/router and wait for 30 seconds.


2. Plug the power adapter back into your modem/router then wait for the lights to settle.


3. Turn off your computer, Wireless Access Point, or other networking device.


4. Wait 30 seconds for the device to power off.


5. Turn the device back on.


6. Check your connection.
