Steps to save photos to my camera roll:

1. Ensure that you are connected to the internet.
2. Confirm that you have downloaded the app in question.
3. Check your device settings to ensure access is granted to the app.
4. If the photos are still not downloading or saving, try closing the app and restarting it to see if that works.
5. Consider uninstalling the app completely and re-installing. This can sometimes clear out any glitches.
