1. Open the contact list on your phone.
2. Go through the list and identify any duplicate contact entries.
3. Organize the contacts that have duplicate entries, either merging them into one or removing one of them.
4. After identifying the faulty contacts, select the ones to delete.
5. Verify the entries following deletion.
