If an app becomes frozen or unresponsibe, try the following steps:

1. Relaunch the app
2. Close any other application running in the background that may be using a lot of system resources
3. Quit and restart the app
4. Ensure that you are running the latest version of the app
5. Restart your device
6. Uninstall the app and reinstall it again
