Start by identifying the missing/corrupted driver:
- Check your Device Manager
 - Look in the programs/applications list to identify the device you need a driver for
 - Drivers are often found on manufacturer’s websites or device product pages
 - If a driver is missing, you may be able to use a generic driver
 - Compare your device driver version with the latest version of the driver to confirm it is the correct one
 - Install the driver on your laptop
 - Reboot your laptop to see if your driver is present and the device works properly
