Follow these steps to change your keyboard language:

1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Click Region and Language.
3. Go to the Keyboards and Languages tab.
4. Under General settings, choose the language you want to use.
5. Select English (US) or another language for the default input language.
6. Click OK.
