- Check to make sure you have incoming and outgoing Email Settings, which include the following:       
- Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server:
 - Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server:
 - Username:
 - Password:
 
 - Verify your Email Settings by logging into the server with your username and password.
 - Follow the instructions specific to your Email provider to properly set up your account.
 - Test the setup to make sure you are successfully sending and receiving emails.
