Follow these steps to change your language settings in Teams:

1. Launch Teams and sign in with your usual username and password
2. Go to your profile in Teams
3. Locate and click Settings and privacy in the navigation bar
4. In the drop-down menu, select Languages
5. Choose the language you want to use and click Save

Once you have saved the changes, your language settings in Teams should be updated.
