My shared drive is not showing up in my file explorer, what’s going on?
- Check your network connection to make sure you are connected to the internet.
 - Relaunch your file explorer. See if the shared drive is now visible.
 - Check the settings. If the shared drive is still not visible after relaunching, then check the settings to make sure your shared drive is enabled.
 - Contact your IT department. If none of the above measures work, then contact your IT department and seek their assistance.
