Why is my printer not printing from a specific program?

1. Check that printer is powered and connected correctly.
2. Check for up to date printer driver.
3. Check the application settings and paper size settings.
4. Check that there is paper in the tray and no paper jammed inside.
5. Check your cables are firmly connected.
6. Check the ink levels.
7. Try a test print with a different application.
