Try the following steps one at a time to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Verify that the printer is compatible with your wireless network
2. Ensure you are connecting to the correct wireless network
3. Check that the network is up and running
4. Verify that the printer is turned On and connected to the same wireless network as your computer
5. Check that the wireless signal strength is good
6. Restart both the printer and the router
7. Try removing and then adding the printer from the router
8. Run the printer troubleshooter utility and follow the instructions
