Try the following steps one at a time to troubleshoot the issue:
- Verify that the printer is compatible with your wireless network
 - Ensure you are connecting to the correct wireless network
 - Check that the network is up and running
 - Verify that the printer is turned On and connected to the same wireless network as your computer
 - Check that the wireless signal strength is good
 - Restart both the printer and the router
 - Try removing and then adding the printer from the router
 - Run the printer troubleshooter utility and follow the instructions
