Try the following steps to troubleshoot your printer:
- Check that the printer is plugged in and both the power switch and the power cord are securely in place.
 - Check the ink cartridge levels or toner levels and replace with new ink ropes, if needed.
 - Check the printer settings. Make sure that the printer is set to print multiple pages at once instead of one page.
 - Print a test page and review printer settings.
 - Check the paper tray for any jammed paper or obstructions. Clear the paper tray, if needed.
 - Restart the printer and try printing again.
 - Update the printer driver to the most recent version.
 - Check the printer’s connection to your computer.
