Follow these steps to add or remove a user account on your computer:
- Open the Control Panel.
 - Choose the 
User Accounts
option. - Select 
Manage another account
and thenCreate a new account
. - Enter the new user name and choose an account type (standard user, administrator etc).
 - Create the account and select a password and password hint.
 -  To remove a user account, open the Control Panel, choose the 
User Accounts
option, select the user account name and then click the delete option.
