There are a few things you can do to address Outlook email issues:
- Check your internet connection
Make sure that you’re connected to the internet and your connection is secure.
 - Restart Outlook
Close and reopen Outlook to refresh your connection.
 - Verify subscribed folder settings 
Visit your account settings to verify that your subscribed folders are correctly setting up. - Update Outlook
Make sure the current version of Outlook is up to date.
