If you are unable to view or access your blocked sender or blocked emails list in Outlook, you can try the following steps:
- Log out of your Outlook account and then log back in.
 - Check your spam folder and settings to make sure they are the same as your blocked senders and emails list.
 - Disable third-party plugins or add-ins in case they are preventing the list from being visible.
 - Open the Outlook email app in safe mode or as a different user.
 - Try editing the registry setting of your Microsoft Outlook account.
