If OneDrive is not showing some of your synced folders or files, please complete the following steps:
- Check for Sync errors. Open Sync Center and review your sync results.
 - Make sure your files aren’t excluded. Go to your OneDrive folder and press F5 to refresh.
 - Check online to see if your files or folders are where you expect. Log in to OneDrive.com to see if your files were synced.
 - Check your storage. See how much available storage space you have.
 - Check Recycle Bin. See if any of the missing files were moved to the Recycle Bin.
 - Sync new folders. Synchronize a new folder, or sync again.
