How do I create a quiz question with an open-ended response in my Microsoft Forms form?

1. Log into your Microsoft account and open the Forms application.
2. Create a new form or edit an existing form.
3. Choose the quiz option at the top of the form to set up the quiz format.
4. Select the 'choose an answer' option and then select 'text' from the dropdown.
5. Enter the name of the question, and enter the open-ended response in the 'text' field.
6. Select if you want to require an answer and then hit the save button.
7. Repeat the same steps for additional questions.
8. When done, select the 'Finish Quiz' button at the bottom of the form.
