How can I create a ranking question in my Microsoft Forms form?

1. Click the + icon to add a new question to your form.
2. Choose the Ranking option from the question type selection.
3. You will be prompted to enter the answer choices that should be ranked.
4. When you're done, click the Add button.

When building out your ranking question, create unique options that users can rank according to their personal preference.
