Why are my grid questions not displaying properly in Microsoft Forms?

1. Check if the grid question has the answers in the same order as the order in which you added those options.
2. Check if the order of columns and rows in your grid questions are the same.
3. Ensure that you have set the correct column & row numbers.
4. Make sure none of the rows or columns have blank values.
5. Verify that the text entered is within the character limit of 2000 for a single grid entry.
6. Ensure each cell contains a unique response.
