If you are unable to access your Archive or Online Archive in Outlook for Exchange, please do the following:
- Verify that Outlook is configured with an archiving policy.
 - Verify that the archive mailbox is enabled and the date is properly set.
 - Verify that the account has sufficient permissions to access the content of the Archive mailbox.
 - Verify if the account is enabled for archiving in exchange.
 - If any updates were made to the mailbox, restart Outlook.
