Why is my Excel sheet not filling entire pages when I print?

  1. Check to see if your printer settings are set to scale the sheet 100%

  2. Set the printer to ‘actual size’.

  3. Check your margin settings. Make sure none of the margin settings is above 0.5 inch.

  4. Recheck the page setup in the Microsoft Office document.

  5. Check if the page orientation is set to portrait or landscape.

  6. Look for hidden content or filtered rows that could be pushing the page length beyond the physical paper limit.
