To transfer the infrastructure change notification role in Active Directory, you should do the following:

1. Open the Active Directory Management Console.
2. Open the ‘Roles’ folder.
3. Right-click the ‘Infrastructure Change Notification Role’ folder.
4. Select the ‘Properties’ option from the context menu.
5. Go to the ‘Name’ tab.
6. Click the ‘Change’ button.
7. Enter the name of the user to transfer the permissions to.
8. Click ‘OK’ to complete the transfer.
