Follow these steps to add or remove a user from an Active Directory Distribution:

1. Check the user is in the Active Directory by searching for the user.
2. Go to the Groupe Policy editor where you will find an option to add/remove users.
3. Select and then add/remove the user.
4. Run a command to add/remove the user.
5. Check the changes were enabled succesfully.
